1 - Mechanical structure
1）Safety device
Can lid integrated control device: distribute lid when there is can entering, don’t distribute lid when there is no can (optional distribution).
No lid capping: smoothly pass capping head when lid is not distributed by mistake. Can doesn’t bite pressure head to damage capping parts.
Safety leave joint device: stop can conveyer when there is a fault and overload.
2）6 holes can mold
It brings can into host head for capping, and is customized per buyer cans.
3）Sealing wheel and dealing principle

1- It is made of good quality, precision and thermal processed, to ensure precise capping, with long working life.
2- 1 set of sealing wheel has a service life of 200,000-500,000 cans.
3- Customized special steel material such as stainless steel or chrome steel etc is available per buyer requirement.
